Please e-mail email@example.com for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” along with your order number.
Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Studio Grun without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
-We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery.
How can I exchange an item?
-If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be emailed to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.
Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?
-We do not accept drop-offs for any returns or exchanges.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
-All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic or international returns.
What items are non-refundable?
-All items marked as Final Sale, Items on markdown, Gold pieces, Customized pieces, Items purchased during events (Renegade Craft Fair, West Coast Craft etc) can not be returned.
