Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority or express mail. We will do our best to ship Express Orders the same business day but cannot guarantee same day shipping at this time.
Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. The majority of our pieces are made to order - please allow 2 to 4 weeks for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description.
Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is any damage to the product(s).
Purchases made with a discount or purchased at a show (Renegade Craft Show, West Coast Craft, Porter Flea, Instagram sales) are final sale and no exchanges are permitted.
If for any reason there is an issue with your piece, please email us at email@example.com and we will determine if it is eligible for an exchange. If you ordered the wrong size, we charge a small fee for re-sizing so please make sure you know your size prior to ordering.
All pieces must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached (if applicable).
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please fill out our exchange form and include it in the package. Please carefully package the item(s) preferably in their original packing materials and mail it with delivery confirmation. Once your item is received, your exchange will be processed within 3 - 5 business days and we will email you.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Studio Grun, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Studio Grun.
In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of non-delivered package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.
