Born and raised in Miami, Tanya’s passion for design led her to study Industrial Design at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Originally pursuing a career in product design, she discovered a new creative path while working at a 3D printing company and experimenting with her own jewelry designs. Inspired by the process of turning ideas into wearable pieces, Tanya founded Studio Grun, blending her love for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and timeless jewelry.

Every Studio Grun piece is handcrafted in a small, family-run manufacturing house in Manhattan, New York, with all plated finishes completed by expert artisans in Rhode Island. We work with makers who have dedicated their lives to their craft, many carrying techniques and traditions passed down through generations. By choosing small-scale production over mass manufacturing, we're able to create jewelry with exceptional attention to detail, ethical practices, and uncompromising quality.
