Repair Options:

Our jewelry can be delicate by nature of being small and we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing it daily. We recommend taking off your rings when you are doing rough hand work that may damage a stone or the shape of a ring. We also recommend taking your jewelry off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. When putting on sweaters, going through pockets, etc. we also recommend putting rings on after you get dressed to avoid the shapes or prong settings from getting caught on anything.

It's important to know that Opals and Turquoise are "softer" stones. In general, we recommend being gentle with your rings and to be mindful not to hit them against something hard by mistake.

Studio Grun is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however does offer stone replacements for a reasonable repair fee. We also offer re-plating, replacement of lost stones, replacement of broken stones, and prong tightening of any Studio Grun products. 

Repair options:

  1. Stone replacement
    $15 fee + shipping.
  2. Chain Replacement 
    $10 fee + shipping.
  3. Re-plating
    $15 fee + shipping.
  4. Size exchange 
    Exchange for new size within 7 days upon delivery.
    Charge will include shipment of ring in new sizing.
  5. Shipping 
    This is for partial shipping. Please e-mail us before selecting this option.

    Please allow 2-4 weeks for your repair to be completed. Once you submit your repair order, please email us before shipping.

    *Do not ship your jewelry in a regular envelope, it can get damaged (yes, we've seen rings get crushed before).

    Most items we offer are MADE-TO-ORDER. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

    If the item says "READY TO SHIP" it means it is in stock and available to ship immediately.

    We suggest ordering a plastic sizer to get a good idea of the best size for your finger.

    All orders include a pouch, a jewelry card for your item/s, and a care card.

    All Studio Grun orders placed are made-to-order and for that reason are final sale. 


    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your exchange, we require an order number.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size, send us an email at 

    For ring size exchanges, we charge a fee for re-sizing so please make sure you know your size prior to ordering.

    Ring exchanges are accepted until 7 days from when the item is received. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be shipped back within the 7 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and an exchange form. Please contact for your request and include a reason for exchange and we will let you know shipping details. 

    In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all further shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to process an exchange, the piece/s must go through the process above first so that we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. Studio Grun is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.

    In the event of an approved return, we will offer a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Studio Grun does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please make sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.

     All pieces are made-to-order and will be made specially for your order.

    We do not offer partial shipments; All orders will ship complete. For example, If a “Ready to ship” item and a “Made to order” item is placed together in an order, it will ship together when the “Made to order” item is completed.
