All pieces are made-to-order and will be made specially for your order. All items require 2-4 weeks to be produced before shipping.
Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays.
Orders shipping within the US will ship via USPS (2-7 business days) or Priority (2-3 business days)
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.( please see Covid19 for delivery delays )
EXCHANGES
Ring exchanges are accepted until 7 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be shipped back within the 7 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and an exchange form. Please contact shop@studiogrun.com for your request and include a reason for exchange and we will let you know shipping details.
For ring size exchanges, we charge a fee for re-sizing so please make sure you know your size prior to ordering.
Sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return.
In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all further shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. In the event of a return, we will offer a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Studio Grun does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please make sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.

Studio Grun is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.

SHIPPING/LOST PACKAGES
Studio Grun is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately for record of package(s). We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.
- USPS regular mail is uninsured
- USPS Priority mail is insured for $100
- USPS Express mail is insured for $100
Please let us know if you would like to add insurance.
Q: Can you rush/overnight my order?
A: We would need to confirm that the item you ordered is in stock. If it is, we can overnight your package for a $30 fee within the U.S.
Q: Has my order shipped? How can I find out the status of my order?
A: Most of our pieces require a lead time of 2 - 4 weeks. If you have specific questions, please email us at shop@studiogrun.com with your order number.
Please note we are not liable for lost returns. Please add insurance and tracking to your package.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Studio Grun, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Studio Grun.
