Studio Grun Policies
All Studio Grun pieces are made-to-order and, for this reason, all orders are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they enter processing or production. If a cancellation is approved before the item ships, a 25% restocking fee (based on the item price) will be deducted from your refund.
Size Exchanges (Ring Sizing)
We offer ring size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (including tracking and insurance)
- Items sent without prior approval or required information may not be accepted
- Rings showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged
Returns & Refunds
Approved returns may be eligible for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a standard processing timeframe.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Studio Grun is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Sale & Custom Items
All sale items and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at shop@studiogrun.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Shipping & Production Time
All pieces are made-to-order and require 4–6 weeks for production and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
We do not split shipments. If an order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the full order will ship together once complete.
Shipping within the U.S. is typically via USPS (2–7 business days) or Priority Mail (2–3 business days) after production is complete.
You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Studio Grun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier first. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for confirmed deliveries.
Insurance is available upon request.
International Orders, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Studio Grun is not responsible for customs delays or charges. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
