How long until I receive my ring?
Every Studio Grun piece is made to order, your ring is crafted individually once you place your order, not pulled from a shelf. Please allow 1–4 weeks for the Cha Cha to be made before it ships. As soon as it's on its way, we'll send you tracking.
Why does it take a few weeks?
Because we don't hold inventory. Each piece is made from scratch for you - designed in-house, handcrafted by our artisans in Manhattan, and gold-plated in Rhode Island. The short wait is the craft: it's how every ring is made to last and made just for you.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, all orders are final sale. We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery — your piece must be unused and in its original condition, and you'll cover return shipping. I'm not sure of my size, what should I do?
Check our Size & Fit guide before ordering, and because the Cha Cha has a distinctive shape, message us if you're between sizes and we'll help you choose. Getting it right up front is the easiest path, since made-to-order pieces are final sale with size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
Are the gemstones real?
Yes, every stone is a natural gemstone, hand-selected by our designer. Because they're natural, colors vary slightly from piece to piece, so no two rings are exactly alike. We always choose the prettiest stones available, though the exact stone may differ subtly from the photos.
Where is Studio Grun jewelry made?
Designed in house and handcrafted in a small, family run workshop in Manhattan, with gold plating completed by expert artisans in Rhode Island. Made in the USA.
