We want you to love your Studio Grun pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Gold-plated and sterling silver pieces may be returned for store credit or exchanged once within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Free from damage, wear, or alterations

• Returned in their original packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit does not expire.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All fine jewelry

• Custom-size pieces

• Sale and promotional items

Resizing

Resizing is a separate, paid service and is not considered a return or exchange.

Sterling silver and solid gold rings may be resized after delivery for a fee. Gold-plated pieces cannot be resized.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email shop@studiogrun.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Items Purchased from Retail Partners

We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from studiogrun.com.

If you purchased a Studio Grun piece from one of our retail partners, please contact the store where you made your purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email shop@studiogrun.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your approved exchange or issue your store credit.

Do You Accept Exchanges After 14 Days?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges after the 14-day window. Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.
