How long until I receive my ring?
Every Studio Grun piece is made to order, your ring is crafted individually once you place your order, not pulled from a shelf. Please allow [1–4 weeks - confirm the true lead time for this ring] for the Under the Stars Ring to be made before it ships. As soon as it's on its way, we'll send you tracking.
Why does it take a few weeks?
Because we don't hold inventory. Each piece is made from scratch for you — designed in-house, handcrafted by our artisans in Manhattan, and gold-plated in Rhode Island. The short wait is the craft: it's how every ring is made to last and made just for you.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, all orders are final sale. We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery — your piece must be unused and in its original condition, and you'll cover return shipping. Please email us first before sending anything back. I'm not sure of my size, what should I do?

Yes, every stone is a natural gemstone, hand-selected by our designer. Because they're natural, colors vary slightly from piece to piece, so no two rings are exactly alike.
