Gold-plated and sterling silver pieces may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to us, including all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured method - Studio Grun is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Resizing

Resizing is a separate paid service, not a return. Sterling silver and solid gold rings can be resized after delivery for a fee. Gold-plated pieces cannot be resized. Email shop@studiogrun.com to arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email shop@studiogrun.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Pieces bought elsewhere

We can only accept returns on items purchased directly from studiogrun.com. For anything bought from one of our retail partners, please contact that store.

How to start a return

Email shop@studiogrun.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send return instructions - please wait for those before shipping anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Store credit is issued once the item arrives and is inspected, and does not expire.

All Studio Grun pieces are made to order and require 4 weeks for production before shipping, unless otherwise stated.

We do not do partial shipments. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the full order ships together once every piece is complete.

Once production is finished, U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or Priority Mail (2–3 business days). You'll receive tracking confirmation when your order ships.  Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Studio Grun is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If your package is missing, please file a claim with your local carrier first, then contact us at shop@studiogrun.com. We'll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund on a confirmed delivery.

Shipping insurance is available on request, please ask before your order ships.

International Orders, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Studio Grun is not responsible for customs delays or charges. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
