We want you to love your Studio Grun pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Gold-plated and sterling silver pieces may be returned for store credit or exchanged once within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, wear, or alterations
- Returned in their original packaging
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit does not expire.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All fine jewelry
- Custom-size pieces
- Sale and promotional items
Resizing
Resizing is a separate, paid service and is not considered a return or exchange.
Sterling silver and solid gold rings may be resized after delivery for a fee. Gold-plated pieces cannot be resized.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email shop@studiogrun.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Items Purchased from Retail Partners
We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from studiogrun.com.
If you purchased a Studio Grun piece from one of our retail partners, please contact the store where you made your purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email shop@studiogrun.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your approved exchange or issue your store credit.
Do You Accept Exchanges After 14 Days?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges after the 14-day window. Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.
Shipping
All Studio Grun pieces are made to order and require approximately 4 weeks for production before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We do not offer partial shipments. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your complete order will ship together once all pieces are finished.
Once production is complete, U.S. orders ship via:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Studio Grun is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
If your package is missing, please file a claim with your local carrier first, then contact us at shop@studiogrun.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages with confirmed delivery.
Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please contact us before your order ships if you would like to add insurance.
International Orders, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Studio Grun is not responsible for customs delays, customs fees, import taxes, or duties. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
